Aspen Dental asked me to purchase and utilize a denture implant model from Turbo Squid that closely matched their vision.
Tools: Cinema 4D, Octane Render, After Effects.
I collaborated with a team of 8 professionals from Aspen Dental to modify the upper and lower teeth and rebuild the gums from scratch. Once everyone was satisfied with the results, I created custom mounts. Aspen Dental then provided a titanium implant and abutment, which I used for measurements and building the final models.
After approval of the materials and models, I animated 8 shots for the team and sent over play-blasts to fine-tune the animation timing. For the final 4K renders, I used Otoy’s RNDR to render the entire project in just 10 minutes via the blockchain. This resulted in 2 minutes of animation at 30FPS. Leveraging the blockchain for rendering not only streamlined the process but also made it highly cost-effective.
